Frustration cries
Blowing through cobwebs
Enveloping your mind
The unrelenting howl of paranoia
Clawing at you
Dragging you from nightmare
to despair
Consuming you
Merging with your waking mind
The onslaught of insanity
pushed through the door
The answers
slamming shut behind you.
Controlling
Manipulating truth
Maniacal laughter
deafening
Feeding on the irrational
Delusional
seeds of destruction
Release me from
these chains of existence
Tear down the confusion
built from doubt
Of all that is spoken
Of gestures made
Save me from
the demons that destroy
That gain pleasure from suffering
Before retreating
Leaving me questioning.
